Located in Castro Valley and serving the greater East Bay area, our ranch venue provides easy access from Oakland, San Ramon, Pleasanton, and beyond. We help you plan every detail, from layout and tables to activity scheduling — so your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Every company is different — and so is every team. At Apple Creek Farms, we help you plan the perfect flow for your offsite or retreat. Whether it’s a productive morning strategy session or a relaxed evening social, your group will enjoy a calm, private space surrounded by nature (and a few friendly animals).
⏰ Duration: 3.5 hours
The 3.5-hour rental includes all your setup and teardown time.
You’re welcome to decorate during that window, and we kindly ask that you remove all your decorations and personal items at the end.

FAQ
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes! High-speed Wi-Fi is included in all rentals. You’ll also have access to a TV (which connects to laptops via HDMI), speakers, and a microphone for presentations or announcements.
Can we brand the space?
Of course! You can bring banners, tablecloths, or small displays that fit your company’s branding. Just make sure your decorations don’t damage any surfaces — no nails, glue, or paint. Everything must be removed at the end of your rental.
What about parking or ride-share shuttles?
We have private parking inside the property and plenty of space for ride-share drop-offs or small shuttles. We recommend coordinating arrival and pickup times to keep traffic flowing smoothly inside the ranch.
Is there security or access control during events?
Our ranch staff will be present throughout your event to ensure everything runs safely and smoothly. While they’re not security guards, they’re trained to oversee the property and assist with anything you need. If you require dedicated event security, we’re happy to coordinate or recommend local vendors.
Do we need to clean up afterward?
We take care of deep cleaning, but you’re responsible for removing your decorations, personal items, and any catering equipment you bring.
