Can we bring our own food/decor?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food or hire your favorite catering service. Just let us know ahead of time so we can help coordinate. You can also decorate the space however you’d like — just make sure to remove everything (balloons, tablecloths, furniture, etc.) at the end of your rental time. Please avoid glue, paint, or sprays that could damage the walls or floors.

What’s the best way to book our event?

You can reach out through our contact form(linked please!), email (also linked to info@applecreekcv.com), or phone — we’ll help you choose the best package for your celebration and guide you through the booking process step by step.

Is the petting zoo required?

Not at all — the petting zoo is optional and already included in your package. You can choose to enjoy it for part of your event or skip it entirely. Either way, it’s there for you to make your celebration special!

What’s included with my rental?

Every rental includes the barn, 3.5 hours event, petting zoo area, bar area, private parking, restrooms, wooden tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, speakers, microphone, and TV. Everything you need for a fun and comfortable experience! Do you need anything else? Contact us!

How many people can we host?

We offer three package sizes: up to 20, 40, or 60 guests, we can host up to 75 people. If you’d like to add more guests, just let us know at least 15 days before your event so we can review availability and adjust your booking if possible.

Do you allow alcohol at events?

Yes, alcoholic beverages are permitted with an additional fee. We just ask that all guests drink responsibly — intoxication or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

Can we bring our pets?

For everyone’s safety, only certified service animals are allowed. Please don’t bring pets or outside animals to the ranch.

Free parking on-site! Please drive slowly (5 MPH) and park only in marked areas. Horses have the right of way 🐴
