At Apple Creek Farms, we help you create unforgettable moments — from birthdays and baby showers to gender reveals, graduations, and other special events. ⏰ Duration: 3.5 rental hours
The 3.5-hour rental includes all your setup and teardown time.
You’re welcome to decorate during that window, and we kindly ask that you remove all your decorations and personal items at the end.

Space Details
The barn is equipped with multiple electrical outlets to support your event setup. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi, a TV (HDMI connection), speakers, and a microphone for presentations or background music. Our team will assist with setup to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Climate notes
The barn maintains a comfortable, rustic atmosphere throughout the year with natural airflow and high ceilings. We recommend light, breathable clothing for daytime events and a sweater for evening gatherings. Portable heaters can be arranged upon request during cooler months.

FAQ
Can we arrive early to set up?
Your package already includes 45 minutes for setup before your event begins, and 45 minutes for cleanup afterward. Please make sure to stay within your reserved time — any extra time beyond 10 minutes will be billed as an additional hour.
Rain plan?
Light rain won’t cancel your event — we’re used to a little California drizzle! However, if the weather makes it impossible to run the event safely (for example, heavy rain or unsafe ground), we’ll happily help you reschedule to another available date.
Can siblings/parents join Petting Zoo time?
Yes, everyone is welcome to enjoy the Petting Zoo as long as they follow safety rules and supervision guidelines. Parents must always stay with their children while interacting with animals, and each guest (or parent on behalf of their child) will need to sign a waiver before entering the animal area.
Candles & cake knife policy?
Regular birthday candles are totally fine! We just ask that you use them safely and keep open flames away from decorations or hay. Please bring your own cake knife — and remember, no large knives or sharp tools are allowed on the property.
Do we need to clean up afterward?
We take care of deep cleaning, but you’re responsible for removing your decorations, personal items, and any catering equipment you bring.
