What Most Kids Don’t Get Anymore
Not every child needs another competitive sports camp. Not every summer needs to be scheduled down to the minute indoors.
Some kids need:
Time
outside.
Dirt on their hands.
Responsibility that feels real
Space to move.
& Adults who actually know their name.
Our ranch experience was built around that idea.

What Happens
During the Week
This is not a horseback riding camp.
There is no riding instruction.
Instead, campers spend their mornings and early afternoons:
-
Interacting closely with ponies (petting).
-
Enjoying pony and horse rides as part of the experience (not a riding lesson).
-
Interacting with farm animals in a structured and respectful way
-
Exploring creek areas for supervised environmental observation
-
Participating in hands-on ranch activities
-
Working together on small projects
-
Learning practical outdoor awareness
-
Spending 5 hours a day without screens
This is a working ranch environment — not a staged activity center.

Is this a riding camp?
No. This is a Ranch Experience Camp.

Security is our top priority. This is a structured and supervised outdoor program.
Children are guided through all activities with clear expectations and staff oversight. That said, it is a real ranch environment — which includes animals, uneven terrain, and natural elements.
Safety protocols are in place, and supervision ratios are maintained, but outdoor environments always carry natural risk.
Both things can be true: it is supervised and it is outdoors.

-
Supervised interaction with ranch animals

Small ranch projects and crafts

Reflection journaling
Each of the four weeks offers a different thematic focus.

Please note: this is a real ranch environment that includes uneven terrain, animals, and natural elements. Supervision is consistent, but outdoor settings naturally involve some level of risk.

-
Closed-toe shoes (required at all times)
-
Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement

A packed lunch

A reusable water bottle
